DAY 1 | HANOI – DA NANG – SON TRA – MY KHE BEACH (LUNCH, DINNER)

Morning: You arrive at the domestic terminal, Noi Bai airport at least two hours before the flight.

 

You check in for the flight to Da Nang.

DAY 2 | DA NANG - BANA HILLS PLATEAU (BREAKFAST, BA NA BUFFET OPTION, DINNER)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel.

 

The group departs for Ba Na - Nui Chua, where there are unexpected moments of the seasons changing: Spring - Summer - Autumn - Winter in one day. You will enjoy the feeling of floating when sitting on a Cabin floating in the clouds.

Payment and cancellation regulations:

 

After confirmation and payment (at least 50% deposit to hold the seat and pay 100% of the total tour price 10 days before departure).

When the date of payment of 100% of the total tour price comes, if you do not pay on time and the correct amount, it will be considered that you have voluntarily canceled the tour and lost all the deposit to hold the seat.

Airline tickets / train tickets / high-speed train tickets are issued immediately after you register, pay, confirm personal information (full name, date of birth ...) and have the following ticket conditions: No name change, ticket refund, ticket cancellation, date change, itinerary change.

* Immediately after you register for the tour, if you cancel, you will be fined the tour fee:

 

Immediately after deposit: cancellation fee 30% of tour fee + 100% of airfare.

Cancellation 30 days before departure date: cancellation fee 50% of tour fee + 100% of airfare.

Cancellation 25 days before departure date: cancellation fee 70% of tour fee + 100% of airfare.

Cancellation 20 days before departure date: cancellation fee 100% of tour fee + 100% of airfare.

Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.

Deposit, payment, cancellation and tour change dates: not including Saturdays and Sundays.

When registering for a tour, customers are required to send their identification documents to the travel agency to enter their name on the ticket and purchase travel insurance. The customer's personal documents (ID card or Passport) are the responsibility of the customer. Any problems such as blurred or unclear images or information on the original documents; expired Passport or ID card, etc. that are not in accordance with Vietnamese law, Cozy Vietnam Travel will not be responsible and will not refund any additional costs.

 

For foreign guests/Overseas Vietnamese: When going on a tour, you must bring your Passport and original valid Vietnam Visa to check in according to aviation regulations.

 

Children (under 14 years old) when traveling must bring their birth certificate (original or certified copy with valid visa) to check in at the airport.
